Returns and Refund Policy

By placing an order through crystalcense.com, you are agreeing to the terms outlined below. These policies ensure that you are fully aware of our return and refund procedures. This policy applies to domestic U.S. orders only.


1. 30-DAY RETURN POLICY

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible:

  • The item must be in the same condition you received it.

  • It must be unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

  • You must provide proof of purchase.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, as well as shipping costs for any exchanges.

Important: All items must be carefully packed. Our products are fragile crystals. If we receive an item that is broken, cracked, or damaged, we cannot issue a refund.
Do NOT ship returns to our storefront address listed on the website. Our customer support team will provide you with the correct return address. Returns sent to the wrong address will not be refunded.


2. RETURN PROCESS

To initiate a return, please contact us at crystalcense@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions and the return address.

Do not send items back without first contacting us—unauthorized returns will not be accepted.


3. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can resolve the issue.

4. EXCHANGES

We only exchange items if they arrive damaged or if you receive the wrong product.
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs (both ways).

Do not send any returns to our storefront—our team will provide the appropriate address.


5. RESTOCKING FEE

All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.


6. CANCELLATIONS

Orders cannot be canceled once placed. If you need to return or exchange your item, please follow the return policy above.


7. ADDITIONAL NOTES

  • We are not responsible for lost or undeliverable packages due to incorrect shipping addresses.

  • We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by USPS, UPS, or any carrier.

  • Please double-check your shipping information before placing your order.
